We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all new monthly subscriptions. If you’re not satisfied with your first newsletter delivery, email us at hello@agentletterco.com within 7 days of your initial charge for a full refund.

After 7 days, monthly subscriptions are non-refundable but may be canceled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; no further charges will occur. You retain access to any newsletters already delivered.

Trial pack purchases are non-refundable once delivery has begun, as the work is delivered within 48 hours of purchase. If you have not yet submitted your intake form and wish to cancel, email us within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
